At this CV & LinkedIn Clinic you will meet with Recruiter Markus Pärssinen from OP Financial Group.

The clinic will be held in Microsoft Teams, link provided in the confirmation email. Each student gets a 25-minute meeting with the employer representative, please respect the times and only enter the Teams at your chosen time.

NOTE! Only one registration per student is allowed! Do not book many slots with different companies/mentors.

If the event is fully booked, there are usually some cancellations closer to the event, so please check the situation again a bit later.

Enrollment

NOTE! Only one registration per student is allowed! Do not book than one slot for yourself (including Speed Mentorings and Portfolio Review). 

Before registering to the event, check that your time zone is set to Helsinki (GMT +2:00). You can change the time zone in your profile settings.

• The enrollment will open here on October 29th, 2025 at noon. 
• In the event registration email you will see the exact time slot and the link for your appointment. 
• Your enrollment is binding. If you need to cancel your registration, please do it via JobTeaser as soon as possible, but at latest by the previous day.

Guidelines and instructions for students coming to the Clinic

• Be on time. Don’t be late, that will immediately give a bad impression to the employer but also don't be too early since the previous meeting might still be going on in Teams.
• Don't write any personal information on the chat as other students will see the chat also. We will create one meeting link for one clinic slot (one employer representative)-> students use the same link.
• In order to get the best benefit from your appointment, please choose beforehand if you wish to use your time as a CV check OR LinkedIn profile check.
  • If you use the appointment as CV & cover letter check, have your documents ready to be shown via the share screen function of Teams. Note. company representatives do not get your CVs from Career Services.
  • If you use your appointment as LinkedIn profile check remember to have your LinkedIn profile ready to be shown via meeting platform 
• Think in advance which questions you'd like to ask the employer representative. If you are also applying to the organization in question, you can also check what kind of employees they are looking for.
• Tailor your cover letter and CV according to a real job or internship ad (any job or internship - doesn't have to be to that organization, but of course it can be); it is easier to give comments on your cover letter and the session will be more useful to you as well.
• Create your LinkedIn profile beforehand - the time is limited, and there won't be time to start from scratch.
• The main purpose of the Clinic is that you receive useful comments on your application papers or profile from employer representatives. The employer does not necessarily have open positions on that time.

We kindly ask you only use the “Share screen” -function of Teams to share your files. Any files shared on the chat will remain there unless removed by the person who shared them. If you do share files on the chat, make sure you delete them from the chat before your session is over.
