Doctoral Speed Mentoring with Pekka Lehtelä, Reddal

On the agenda
New at Aalto Talent Expo: Doctoral Speed Mentoring!
Doctoral Speed Mentoring is a new service that aims to offer Aalto University's doctoral students opportunities for networking, discussing career paths for PhDs, and getting acquainted with the working life in Finland.
At this session you will meet with Pekka Lehtelä, D.Sc. (Tech.) Manager at Reddal. LinkedIn
In Doctoral Speed Mentoring, the students have an opportunity to get to know relevant employers in their field and explore career opportunities after studies. The speed mentoring session can serve as an introduction to the company or a discussion about collaboration opportunities either during or after studies. The speed mentoring can also be used for other questions that match the mentor's profile. The agenda for the meeting is open, and the student's preferences guide the discussion. However, mentoring is not a recruitment event, meaning the meeting is more focused on networking rather than direct recruitment.
NOTE! This is only meant for current Doctoral Students. Only one registration per student is allowed! Do not book many slots with different companies/mentors.
If the event is fully booked, there are usually some cancellations closer to the event, so please check the situation again a bit later.
The clinic will be held in Microsoft Teams, link will be provided in the confirmation email. Each student gets a 25-minute meeting with the employer representative.
| This is an INTERACTIVE event. You are expected to keep your camera and microphone on and turn off any distractions. |
