Talent Expo 2026 - Aalto University's largest career and networking event for Aalto students

Talent Expo brings together students and employers of  business, arts and design and technology! 

Talent Expo 2026 will be held at Dipoli in Otaniemi on 12 November 2026 at 11:00 - 17:00. In addition, virtual contact opportunities (Speed mentoring, CV & LinkedIn -clinic and more!) will be organized on JobTeaser 10.11. - 11.11.2026.

Meet representatives from employer organizations on stands in Dipoli, participate in virtual events hosted by Aalto University Career Services and exhibitor organisations, meet employers during virtual events, receive comments on your resume/LinkedIn -profile from professionals, join speed mentoring sessions and update your CV photo!

We encourage all students to inform their planned visit time by booking a time slot in JobTeaser. This helps us anticipate peak hours and create a pleasant fair experience for everybody. All registered participants will be entered into a draw to win a product  (value €50) from the Aalto Shop! Note that registration is not mandatory, and the event is free to attend.

Most Company profile pages (at the bottom of the page) will be updated by early October, but be sure to follow this page for additional updates all the way to the fair week. 

This event will be photographed for Aalto University communications and marketing purposes. If you wish not to be in the photos, please inform the photographer during the event. Information on how we process data for university communications can be found here. Please note also, that this is an open event, where a lot of the participants take also photos for their social media and communication purposes. By informing the Talent Expo photographer, the information will only be available to the official photographer.

2. Virtual Program:

In addition to exhibitor fair stands, our comprehensive fair program helps you sharpen your working life skills. During the CV & LinkedIn -clinic you'll brush up your CV or LinkedIn -profile with a professional. At speed mentoring sessions you'll discuss career related issues with Aalto alumni already in working life. Portfolio review sessions will help you with your personal portfolio. Doctoral Speed Mentoring is a program that is designed to help doctoral students build professional networks. 

Each slot is 25 -minutes, so there are altogether 4 slots for students in each of the sessions.

Remember that these sessions require registration and one student can book only one personal meeting time! Please respect this guideline as the number of slots is limited. 

Registration will open in late October or early November, and further details will be announced separately.

4. CV photoshoot 

At Talent Expo you can get a CV-photo taken by a professional photographer - free of charge! The photographers are professionals in person photographing and you can get the photo directly to your email.  The CV Photoshoot is available throughout the fair day in Dipoli.
