Interested in Master's Thesis in collaboration with a company? - Info sessions and events

The primary target group is all master's level students at Aalto University, but interested bachelor's students are also welcome to participate. One event is limited to School of Art, Design, and Architecture master students only.

What is it all about 

Completing a master's thesis in collaboration with a company provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and build professional networks within your field in Finland. International students who conduct their thesis with a company or research organization are more likely to find employment in Finland after graduation.

• Networking day at the Talent Expo, where you can visit company booths at Dipoli and discuss potential thesis opportunities

Visit the booths of companies and organisations at Dipoli and talk about potential thesis collaboration opportunities.

A representative from the company, known as the external supervisor, will act as your co-supervisor for the thesis. Please check the detailed master's thesis process in the instructions for your own programme or course.

Gain inspiration by reviewing past master’s theses completed in your field or study programme—many of which are available in the Aaltodoc publication archive. If your programme offers a thesis kick-off event or other related information sessions, be sure to take advantage of these valuable resources.
