Aalto University School of Science welcomes all the first-year international master’s students to meet and mingle with the alumni graduated from the same school! The event is intended to be the first step on your career design path at Aalto, where you will get inspiration for your future direction.

The idea of the Student & Alumni networking event is to encourage international Master’s students to create networks, learn new things and find interesting career paths in Finland. The event is for international students who are studying in any of the Master's programmes at the School of Science (except double-degree students).

In the event, you will meet former students, i.e. alumni, who have graduated from different degree programmes of School of Science. The alumni will share their own experiences on how they have combined studying and learning with different career paths. Please see the list of participating alumni and the companies they represent below.

Please note that this event is mainly targeted for first-year international master's students. Due to space limitations, priority may be given to them if the event gets full. 

As your Master's studies last only a short time, this event is an excellent way to start planning your future career with the help of former students!

Time: Thursday 27th November, at 16:30 - 18:30

Place: CS Building, (Tietotekniikan talo), Konemiehentie 2, Otaniemi Campus

Program: 

• 16:30 Introduction and welcome words by Pauliina Ilmonen, Vice Dean for impact 
• 16:35 Introduction of alumni and panel discussion hosted by Pauliina Ilmonen, Vice Dean for impact
• 17:30 Snack are served
• 17:45 Casual networking and mingling between students and alumni
